A Solid Stay
huge lobby bright lobby marble bathroom fluffy towel
The lobby is HUGE, bright, and comfortable. ALL staff are wonderful. They are kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms are quite nice with marble bathrooms, though the bathroom counter MAY seem a bit high if you are short. There were plenty of nice, fluffy towels.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, a slight inconvenience.

The room was very bright, clean, and smelled like bleach upon arrival, reassuring. I found the experience gorgeous and relaxing. I fell asleep immediately and woke up refreshed. The room offered PLENTY of space.

The hotel restaurant offered very good breakfasts, and an evening meal was equally as good, if not better. I found the on-site dining very convenient. there were many choices nearby. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the variety of options available.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the wharf and the town center. It was all such a treat. The pier was within a five-minute walk, convenient. I found it a plus, a HUGE plus!!!

central location helpful staff points of interest thermostat error parking challenge low garage
I found the hotel to be centrally located. I could walk to the wharf and other points of interest easily. The staff members I encountered were polite and helpful.
The room's thermostat was in error mode. Luckily, I could open the patio door for fresh air and use the ceiling fan. Parking my camper was a bit of a challenge. The garage clearance was too low.

excellent stay!
friendly staff convenient location several restaurants clean hotel
this hotel was very clean. the staff and valet were friendly. the location is only a few minutes' walk to the wharf. a starbucks is across the street, and a wine bar is next door. several great restaurants are within walking distance. it is a 10 to 15 minute drive to cannery row and lovers point.
I noticed the valet seemed a bit understaffed. This caused some delays in service.

The room had fluffy robes and towels. there was a big bathroom. i also appreciated the balcony. It had lovely shutters. water and ice were available and that was awesome!!!

the hotel has a big site. there are great lifts for easy access. vending machines are conveniently located on the floors. i really enjoyed the hot tub and spa by the pool. this area had fluffy towels.

The location is perfect for seeing big sur. it's also great for the 17-mile drive. whale watching and carmel by the sea are easily accessible. a shuttle bus is nearby. It provides free transport.

helpful staff prime location water absence high price
The staff was helpful. The hotel's proximity to Fisherman's Wharf made it easy to access shops and dining options. It was really CLOSE.
The hotel did not offer complimentary water. The absence of this amenity felt off considering the price point. I expected MORE.
